Get in touch

The fastest way to reach us is email. Write to support@s-t-r-u-c-t-u-r-e.com and include your account email, your device (iPhone 16, iPad Air, etc.), the app version (shown in Settings), and a short description of what you’re running into. Screenshots help enormously.

We aim to respond within one business day. You’ll usually hear back sooner.

Common questions

I didn’t receive my sign-in code. Check your spam folder and search for “Structure.” If it’s still missing after a minute, tap Use a different email and try again — or email us and we’ll help manually.

How do I cancel my subscription? iOS subscriptions are managed in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device. Web subscriptions can be cancelled from your account settings inside Structure.

How do I delete my account? See Account Deletion. You can do it yourself from inside the app.

Where does my data live? Your account data is hosted in the United States. See our Privacy Policy for specifics on providers and retention.

Does Structure use my data to train AI? No. When you use an AI feature, the content you hand to it is processed by Anthropic under a zero-retention agreement and isn’t used for training.

Feature requests and feedback

Structure gets better because of its users. If you have an idea — a workout type, a study mode, a better way to track contacts — email support@s-t-r-u-c-t-u-r-e.com with Feature request in the subject.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability, please report it privately to security@s-t-r-u-c-t-u-r-e.com. We’ll acknowledge within 48 hours and work with you in good faith to investigate and resolve. Please don’t disclose publicly until we’ve had a chance to fix the issue.
